STEP 1 - DIGITAL DESIGN TECHNOLOGY The dentition is digitized and CAD technology is used to design the restoration. |

STEP 2 - SOLID ZIRCONIA FRAMEWORK Medical grade 1100 MPa zirconia is precision milled using CAM software on our 5 axis mill. |

STEP 3 - MILLED IZIR FRAMEWORK The soft green–state zirconia bridge is removed from the mill to prepare for sintering. |

STEP 4 - SINTERED IZIR RESTORATION The iZiR framework is sintered for 14 hours at 1535 degrees centigrade. |
